An informal get together on a Monday morning, to start the week off with peace and connection ... to chat about our journey on the path towards greater levels of love, mindfulness, joy and passion in our lives.
We will start with a brief meditation and then conversation over a cup of tea. A kind of group mini mentoring session to soothe the soul and enliven our hearts, ready for the week ahead.
