The Shining Stars Girls' Circles are for girls between 9 and 12 years of age and are run to introduce the girls to relaxation and meditation. finding their confidence and powerful voice, communicating with friends and family, loving being who they truly are and connecting their hearts and minds to the amazing power and strength they carry inside ... actively empowering them to know their worth, brilliance and capacity to do and be anything they so choose in this world.
We want to keep our beautiful shining stars deeply connected with their hearts and the magnificent lights which shine within them.
This year I will also be introducing a set of Global Shared Agreements for Girls, which groups around the world are using to empower young girls to commit to self responsibility, supporting other girls, creative problem solving, finding their voice and speaking up for their beliefs and values, honouring self care above all, and many other elements.
The school holiday workshops are run in a small group format and are an introduction for the girls to the agreements, as well as mindfulness, meditation, finding their voice. emotion awareness, body awareness and and communications with their family and friends.
From Term 2, a catch up Circle is offered each month, to enable the girls to stay connected in a container where they feel comfortable to discuss all that arises for them in a safe and loving space with like minded peers and mentors.

November Catchup Circle - Saturday 11th November from 4pm to 5.30pm
The Holiday Circles are run in the Margaret Field Hall at St. Mary's Anglican Girls School in Karrinyup. It is a beautiful environment where the girls undertake indoor and outdoor play, art, journalling and discussion to embody the work we introduce.
The Holiday Circles are $144 per child ($120 for girls returning to the programme) and include a healthy morning and afternoon tea, resources and gift. The Catchup circles are $15 per session. While the fees are not refundable, a credit is available for use within the calendar year.
Please note that each of our shining stars mature at different rates! Please contact me if your daughter fits this year group / age range, but you feel she may be better suited to an older or younger group.
