The Bright Lights Circle Intensive is for girls aged between 12 and 14 years of age and are run to introduce our beautiful young women to relaxation and meditation. communicating with friends and family and loving being who they truly are as they launch into the world. We create sacred spaces to honour and cherish the many passages into early womanhood which take place during this time in their lives and to connect them to their own unique feminine power.  We focus on wellbeing, meditation and deep and meaningful conversation which allows us to touch the depths of our hearts and dreams. We want to instil in these young women, a true sense of beauty, kindness, gentleness, balance and respect for themselves and the world around them, and keep them deeply connected to their hearts and the magnificent lights which shine within them. We journey with them as support and encouragement as they shine their brightest lights on the world. 

This intensive condenses a 4 session program into the 2 days for the summer holiday format. In this group discussions will include topics such as physical, emotional and mental wellbeing and care in the lead up to and during menstruation, body image and sexuality. The depth of coverage of each of these issues will depend on the maturity of the girls individually and as a whole. I make time for a discussion with each girls' parent or caregiver prior to the course. 

The price includes morning and afternoon tea, a healthy lunch, resources and a special gift for each young woman. 

Our young women all mature at different rates and therefore we have overlapping age ranges in each group - please contact me to discuss your daughter's suitability for a particular group.
