The Shining Stars Girls Circles are for girls between 9 and 12 years of age and are run to introduce our girls to relaxation and meditation. communicating with friends and family and loving being who they truly are. We want to keep our beautiful twinkling stars deeply connected with their hearts and the magnificent lights which shine within them. We seek to instil in these girls a true sense of their own power, beauty, kindness, gentleness and respect for themselves and the world around them. Through meditation, meaningful conversation, art and laughter, we support them to remain deeply connected to their hearts and the magnificent lights which shine so brightly within them. Sessions run for approximately 3 hours.  

This is a sort of "day camp" where the girls learn what it means to join together in circle, learn the foundations of mindfulness and meditation, begin to think about their communication styles and are encourage to discover how their body wisdom communicates with them through their emotions, needs and desires. 

Our shining stars all mature at different rates and therefore we have overlapping age ranges in each group - please contact me to discuss your daughter's suitability for a particular group.
